6th Oct being the last working day before the Navratri, Dussehra and Moharram break we at Mothercare have had our dramatisation of Ramlila by LKG/MAG children. Dandiya by all the children and the finale with Ravan being burnt. What fun.... Watch for yourself

The Ramlila enacted by LKG and MAG kids made the Ramayana story crystal clear to the younger children too.

Mothercare kids are super busy these days. Naturally, they are making a huge Ravan for Dussehra.

They are getting ready for the Ravan making fully ready with the Ramayana story. Ravan being stuffed with newspaper balls

Children fascinated with Gandhiji and the anecdotes they learnt about, related to him. What fascinated them the most was Gandhiji's self help and cleanliness mantra. What they learn they put into practice. Perhaps the countries youngest volunteers for Swach Abhiyan, Cleanliness Drive, India.

Happy Janamashthmi. The Mothercare Jhanki put up by the teachers and children . A source of immense learning for the kids.

And now it's Janamashthmi time. Children are busy making, boys ....bansuri and girls....dandy. They know all the Krishna stories, his pranks, they understand his relationship with his mother, brother, gwal bal, go pis and Radha of course. They can recite many songs and poems. They are so excited about the jhanki and coming dressed as different characters from Raasleela. Wait and watch to see the scenario unfold…
