Ms Neera Kathuria, the art teacher initiated the children into basics of playing with colour, form, textures, light,imagination dropping all boundaries of doing as told, copied and seen earlier. She encouraged them to just let go and use all these in a free manner just enjoying themselves. By the day, we watched the pre set notions gradually dropping and kids reveling in this new found freedom. Happy.

The Art of Living, Know your Teen workshops at Mothercare School, Aliganj, Lucknow were conducted on 21st March and 29th March 2015 by Mrs. Shobha Dev and Ms.Anisha Sharma, Faculty, The Art of Living. Parents were amazed and delighted to know effective ways of handling their children. The Art of Living, Know your Teen workshop is an eye opener and highly recommended by parents who have done them as it teaches parents a healthy and positive way for upbringing their children. A special thanks to Ms. Ritu Tandon for organizing these workshops.

We had an interactive session with Aditi Shah Mathur, Founder CEO of Aarohi Life Education with Mothercare school and Art Of Living NOVICE teachers and parents on ‘Preparing Children Sexually’ about Why, What, When and How to educate ourselves and our children and handling issues. It helped all of us immensely in changing our own mind set and conditioning. Equipped us on how to approach this area with kids and empower them too.
